Ann Mayhew Golski, Esq. has over 25 years of experience in civil litigation representing clients ranging from large companies to small businesses and individuals. As a partner at Maglio Christopher & Toale, P.A. she concentrates her practice on complex litigation before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, including matters involving government contracts and takings and representation of persons injured by adverse vaccine reactions.
Ms. Golski has practiced in a wide variety of litigation areas including medical malpractice plaintiff and defense representation, elder law, general business law and government contract matters. Ms. Golski has worked for some of Virginia’s largest and smallest firms, including serving as the Managing Member of her own small firm in Norfolk, Virginia.
Ms. Golski graduated from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary and the University of Virginia. While in law school, she was a member of the winning team of the National Moot Court Competition in New York City and won “Best Oral Advocate” in the Region IV Tournament. Ms. Golski also had the honor of clerking for two years for the Honorable Barbara M. Keenan, who now sits on the Fourth Circuit, when she was a Justice on the Supreme Court of Virginia. After several years in practice, Ms. Golski returned to William & Mary Law School as an adjunct professor of law teaching litigation, legal writing, and ethics. Additionally, for several years she taught contract law to paralegals at James Madison University.
Ms. Golski is a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Ms. Golski lives in Leesburg, Virginia with her husband and enjoys volunteering in the community.
